STUDENT'S INITIAL APPLICATION
MAY WE HELP YOU?
PO Box 21 needs a few volunteers to help meet refugees, to help them visit schools and colleges, and to assess their educational needs.
We could also use help with tutoring refugees and preparing them for intensive learning programs.
And we need help spreading the word, connecting PO Box 21 to refugees and to immigration action groups who may be interested in our work.
VOLUNTEER
All across America, refugees and citizens are making contact and working together to help this country protect and continue an idea that has made us great, the idea that this is a nation of immigrants, people who make our nation strong.
The path to asylum and the path to higher education are extremely difficult. Refugees and their supportive friends have to be problem solvers and creative thinkers.
